Serenity

Sleep calls tonight
at no cost to me
although i might fight
soon it will be
it will wash away fears
renew hope upon my eyes
that tomorow will bring no tears
and hellos instead of goodbyes

The man stood on the high cliff.
"Come to the edge," he said.
"We can't," they said. "It's too high."
"Come to the edge," he said.
"We can't," they said. "It's too high."
"Come to the edge," he said.
"We can't," they said. "We'll fall."
And they came, and he pushed them, and they flew.

this is me seriously pondering the importance of peanut butter. well, t'would be me if i was orangy. but i rather like orangy. i got a guinea pig today, and i'm not quite so sure which name i should bless her with. names are rather important. they influence mood, the reception of people around you, even their like or dislike. and we all know how much we need my parents to like this particular pet. so for now, i will refer to her as baby. because that is precisely what she is. hopefully i will find a name before her current one sticks. wish me luck and adieu!
